NUT CREAM

The four nut cremes of VIA PARINI: It is well known that temptation is sweet. But when it is served in such a formidable, authentic quality and in four different variations, it is irresistible.

As a sweet souvenir for everyone, who has already been to Sicily or who has already wanted to visit it: The four nut cremes are typical for the Mediterranean Sea and are created with natural ingredients in Italian manufactories. We consciously avoid palm oil, flavour enhancers and conservatives. Hazelnut, pistachio, almond or coconut – the four varieties offer the best taste for every sweet tooth.

PISTACHIO CREAM

Nonna Vita says:

„Ideal for breakfast as a spread for the bread, Panettone and Colomba or together with the DI BENNARDO Trecce and Stecche gustose. With the fine cream, you can also refine yogurt and self-made glazes or you serve it with a handful of raspberries. It often ends up in the mouth with a spoon without being spread on the bread.“



The Production:

For our Crema di Pistachio we use hand-picked emerald green pistachios from the village Bronte at the food of the Etna. With 30% of pistachios and natural ingredients like cacao butter the cream impresses with its unique taste. As the product does not contain palm oil, you should stir it for a short moment before eating it.

The Taste:

The soft-smooth pistachio cream is discreet. That is the reason the delicious original taste of the pistachios in combination with some vanilla flavour develops discreetly and remains in the palate for a long time.

HAZELNUT CREAM

„The best choice for a large breakfast on a Sunday with a fine Butterzopf. But also while the day: With DI BENNARDO Trecce and Stecche gustose as a sweet appetizer or as digestive-snack. Attention: You better keep it far away from children and further lovers of sweets!“  

The Production:
The recipe of our Crema di Nocciole is based on the excellent taste of the IGP hazelnut „Tonda Gentile “from the northern Italian Piedmont – known as the best hazelnut of the world. With a proportion of 55% of nuts the handmade cream has an absolute high-quality character. As the product does not contain palm oil, you should stir it for a short moment before eating it.

The Taste:
This hazelnut cream is full-bodied and caresses in a pleasant way. Its beneficial chocolate taste is an excellent supplement to the flavour of the exquisite hazelnuts. It is well known, that such a combination of tastes is addictive.

ALMOND CREAM

„Of course, you can combine the almond crème the way you prefer, for example with fresh rhubarb, pear, or pomegranate, but also with almond paste like Amaretti or Biscotti like DI BENNARDO Trecce and Stecche gustose. The most popular way to enjoy the Crème: enjoy it directly with a spoon out of the glass.“

The Production:
It is not surprising that the main ingredient of our Crema di Mandorle comes from Avola, the most southern part of Sicily and one of the sunniest areas in Italy. In this area grow the most precious and best almonds of the world. In careful manual work with a proportion of 30% of these extraordinary almonds made in a little manufactory in Sicily. As the product does not contain palm oil, you should stir it for a short moment before eating it.

The Taste:
In a fascinating way, the Crema di Mandorle reminds of a praline. Its leading smooth and round almond flavour wakes the wildest almond paste dreams, but it vanishes in the aftertaste as softly as an Arabian tale from A Thousand and One Nights.

COCONUT CREAM

„I often use this wonderful cream as a filling or as a glaze of cakes and pies. Do you need an example? Try it with a raspberry-coconut-cream cake! But also on its own, together with Cantucci, DI BENNARDO Trecce or Stecche, this cream tastes just like a sweet dream…“

The Production:
Our Crema di Cocco is prepared with 30% of coconuts and natural ingredients like cocoa butter in a little Sicilian manufactory by hand. As the product does not contain palm oil, you should stir it for a short moment before eating it.
 
The Taste:
 
The coconut cream with its smooth vanilla flavour and its creamy consistence, full of crunchy coco splitters, melts in your mouth just like a kiss. A I love you from the last holidays at the beach!
